"The agent, the lady Becky, that actually reached out to me, gave me the best policy insurance that one could need and unfortunately, I do not have the income to support the policy that she first came out with which was very very reasonable, but when I explained to Becky about my situation and what I needed, she went right to work. She got me a policy state approved plus not collision compensation insurance for a very, very low price I am so so very much pleased with Becky and State Farm insurance. If it wasn’t for Becky, I would still be searching for insurance so if you have a chance to call this lady please unfortunately I do not have her number and I don’t think she would really appreciate me giving it out, but I have finally found a person that connects human human not human to AI thank you. "I give State Farm Insurance company - 5 + STARS. While shopping for auto insurance, I called State Farm and Troy answered the phone. Troy was extremely kind and patient with me. He answered all of my many questions with certainty, knowledge and kindness. Troy explained my coverages with detail so I could understand everything. I appreciate how Troy took his time to help me. He also made sure to follow up with me later on after I had signed all the pages. I am so VERY HAPPY with the expert service with kind, compassionate interest for me as a customer.
